First in the Air, Ahead of Ground Teams

Immediate Deployment

Launch instantly on command with zero need for an on-site pilot. Ensure rapid, second-level response times for emergencies, even during nights and holidays.

Rapid 21m/s Arrival [4]

Cruising at up to 21 m/s [4], the drone takes a direct aerial route to the incident. By ignoring ground congestion, it saves critical time during emergencies.

Rapid Swap & Sustain

Keep non-stop operations moving during critical emergencies. The dock completes a fully automatic battery swap in only 25 seconds [1], shrinking your downtime between flights from 30 minutes of charging down to seconds.

Rapid 25-Second Swap

Ideal for continuous missions like emergency response, the dock performs a fully automated battery swap in only 25 seconds [1]. This slashes flight turnaround times from a typical 30-minute recharge down to mere seconds.

Extended Endurance

Achieve up to 59 minutes of flight time [5], maximizing your coverage area with every single launch.

Wide Operating Temperature Range

Operating reliably from -40° to 50° C (-40° to 122° F), the dock auto-preheats the batteries in the cold, and uses air conditioning in high temperatures.

Continuous Task Relay

Ensure uninterrupted situational awareness during critical operations. The system enables any two project aircraft to auto-rotate seamlessly across points, maintaining one active flight while the other remains on standby for unbroken coverage.

Real-Time Precision from Any Distance

Improved Low-Latency Livestream

Utilizing a dedicated video transmission topology, drone-to-cloud latency is reduced to approximately 160ms [6]. This 43% decrease compared to the previous generation ensures a highly stable and smoother live-streaming experience.

Interference-Resistant Transmission

Maintain stable connections even in heavily obstructed areas. The combination of dual 4G modules [7], sub2G transmission [8], and an elevated O4 Ground Station ensures an unbroken signal.

Rapid Data Transfer

While the battery swaps, the drone rapidly offloads flight data to the dock via high-speed Wi-Fi, averaging speeds of 80MB/s [9].

Adaptable Deployment for Complex Environments

Powered by the Matrice 5TD’s LiDAR, visual SLAM, and anti-interference/anti-spoofing protocols, alongside the DJI O4 Ground Station [2], DJI Dock 4 enables versatile deployment adjacent to high-rise structures [17] or on a mobile vehicle-mounted platform (coming soon) [18].

High-Rise Buildings [17]

Improve signal quality by installing O4 Ground Station [2] on rooftops, allowing Dock 4 to deploy along substation walls or near high-rise buildings.

Vehicles (Coming Soon)

The drone can launch while the vehicle is parked and land at a new destination once the vehicle reaches its next stop [18].

Multi-Station Support

With O4 Ground Station roaming support, the aircraft switches dynamically between multiple stations to eliminate signal blind spots and extend total coverage.

Secure, Compliant, and Low-Risk Operations

By integrating a custom DJI-designed parachute, customizable flight zones, and compliance-by-design flight controls, the DJI Dock 4 actively mitigates ground risk to ensure safe, legally compliant missions across dense urban settings and complex environments.

DJI Enterprise App

The DJI Enterprise app streamlines on-site setup while serving as your gateway to remote operations. In addition to dock configuration and debugging, it supports real-time remote viewing and instant task triggering.

Drone Dispatch with a Tap

Dispatch the drone instantly from the app. Send a command to wake the aircraft and deploy it to the location in seconds for critical, time-sensitive emergencies.

Control Remotely

Delivering real-time operational visibility, low-latency live streaming [6] allows remote teams to monitor on-scene conditions and execute informed strategic decisions off-site.

Data Security

Encrypted Data Collection

All operational, flight, and device data generated during drone missions is routed immediately into encrypted channels. This instant protection neutralizes risks of eavesdropping, hijacking, and man-in-the-middle attacks from the moment of creation.

Data Transmission Security

Protect your data at every step of transmission with strict DJI encryption. By utilizing TLS 1.2+ and AES-256 between the drone and dock, and HTTPS, WSS, and TLS for cloud uploads, the system ensures your information remains uncompromised during transit.

Data Storage

Sensitive information like location, emails, and contact details are secured with AES-256-CBC encryption. Strict role-based access controls ensure users view only authorized data, while comprehensive activity logging maintains a complete audit trail.

Data Deletion

DJI supports complete data destruction across three levels: account, organization, or device. Wiping an account or organization permanently removes all associated records, while local logs and caches can be cleared via the DJI Pilot app—or completely erased using a full factory reset.
