Q: How does the Osmo 360 make the selfie stick invisible? What should be noted when using this feature? A: The Osmo 360 uses its two fisheye lenses, each capable of capturing images with over 180° field of view. During shooting, the camera uses algorithms to stitch together images and utilizes their overlapping area to "erase" the selfie stick at the bottom of the camera, achieving the "invisible selfie stick" effect. For the best invisible effect, it's recommended to use the official DJI Invisible Selfie Stick*. When mounting, ensure that the camera and the selfie stick are aligned in a straight line for the algorithm to function properly. If you use an adjustable quick-release adapter that angles the camera, or if the connection point is noticeably offset, this feature may not work as intended.
*The Invisible Selfie Stick is sold separately.
Q: What is the safe Stitching Distance for the Osmo 360? A: For optimal panoramic stitching, it's recommended to keep the Osmo 360 at least 0.75 m away from the subject. If the distance is too close, the images captured by the left and right lenses may differ significantly, potentially resulting in unnatural stitching or anomalies. As long as the distance is greater than the safe minimum, the camera will automatically produce smooth and natural stitching results.

Q: What is D-Log M color mode on the Osmo 360? A: D-Log M is a color mode that provides users with greater flexibility for color grading in post-production. By increasing the brightness of shadow areas and suppressing highlights, it preserves more image details. When shooting with D-Log M, the footage will have reduced saturation and contrast, but it retains more color and brightness information, making it easier to create different video styles during post-processing.

Q: Why does the Osmo 360 heat up during use? A: When you use high-specification, high-performance modes like 8K/30fps panoramic videos, the camera consumes more power, which can lead to a noticeable increase in temperature. Additionally, extended recording sessions or holding the camera for a long time can also make it feel warm.
Q: How can I alleviate camera overheating? A: You can try these methods to reduce heat buildup:
Adjust shooting specifications: Choose a lower resolution and frame rate (such as 4K/30fps or 6K/30fps) to decrease power consumption.
Optimize camera settings: Turn off the screen display while shooting, and disable the Wi-Fi function when it's not needed.
Improve the operating environment: Use the camera in a well-ventilated area to help dissipate heat more effectively.
