Yes. You can switch FOV settings to Standard (Dewarp) on the recording page. A new Natural Wide option is also available, offering an ultra-wide view while reducing vertical distortion in buildings, trees, and other upright objects.
Yes. You can download and view the original images on a computer.
RockSteady 3.0 is DJI’s Electronic Image Stabilization system. It works by increasing shutter speed, analyzing each frame from the sensor, and cropping the edges to deliver a sharp, stable final image.
HorizonSteady uses DJI’s stabilization algorithms to maintain a perfectly level horizon even during full 360 degree camera rotation. It keeps footage smooth whether mounted on a helmet, bike, or handheld.
HorizonSteady supports:
1080p up to 60fps, 2.7K (16:9) up to 60fps, 4K (16:9) up to 60fps, and 4K Custom up to 60fps.
HorizonBalancing supports:
1080p up to 60fps, 2.7K (16:9) up to 60fps, 4K (16:9) up to 60fps, and 4K Custom up to 60fps.
Yes. It supports up to 1080p/240fps for 8× slow motion.
D-Log M is a flat color profile with low contrast designed to preserve dynamic range and maximize flexibility in post-production.
You can transfer files in three ways:
Connect to the DJI Mimo app and download media from internal storage or the microSD card.
Use a card reader to transfer files from the microSD card.
Connect the camera directly to a computer or phone using USB-C and select USB Mode.
Media is saved to the microSD card or the camera’s built-in 50 GB storage.
Yes. It uses a prime lens with a variable aperture. At f/4.0, everything from 0.2 m to infinity is in focus.
Osmo Action 6 supports evaluative metering only.
The camera’s wide dynamic range makes a separate HDR mode unnecessary.
The sensor is located near the “Action” logo on the front. It helps maintain accurate color temperature in mixed lighting, underwater scenes, and angles where lighting changes rapidly.
SuperNight supports 1080p, 2.7K, and 4K at 24/25/30/48/50/60fps. RockSteady 3.0 and 3.0+ are available, with Standard (Dewarp), Wide, and Natural Wide FOV options. Use it for bright urban night scenes.
Subject Tracking automatically keeps the detected person centered in the frame. When the system locks onto the subject, a green box appears. Tracking stops if the subject is lost for over 90 seconds. This mode supports up to 2.7K/60fps in 16:9 or 9:16 and only works with human subjects.
