1. Nightscape Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing activates when the drone’s front, back, left, right, and top sides are positioned near textured surfaces under lighting conditions exceeding 1 lux. The ground must also be textured and diffusely reflective, with a reflectivity above 20% (such as walls, trees, or people) under similar lighting. Do not operate the drone in severe weather, including strong winds (≥12 m/s), snow, rain, lightning, or fog. Avoid flying above 6000 meters altitude or in temperatures below -10°C (14°F) or above 40°C (104°F). Do not take off from moving platforms like vehicles or boats, or fly near reflective surfaces such as water or snow, as these may impair the vision system. Low-light environments can also affect obstacle sensing performance. Always fly with caution and avoid triggering Attitude mode. Stay clear of magnetic or radio interference sources, including Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, high-voltage lines, power stations, radar installations, mobile towers, and broadcast antennas. Prevent sand intrusion when flying in desert or beach areas. Operate in open spaces away from crowds, as structures like buildings, mountains, and trees may obstruct GNSS signals and disrupt compass accuracy.
2. Using the Intelligent Flight Battery, the drone can achieve a maximum flight time of 36 minutes under test conditions: flying forward at a steady 21.6 kph in a windless environment at sea level, with Obstacle Avoidance Action set to Brake and operating in photo mode until automatic landing due to low voltage. The Intelligent Flight Battery Plus extends flight time to 52 minutes when flying forward at a constant speed of 25.2 kph. This battery is not available for sale in Europe, and its use in that region is not advised. Always ensure compliance with local laws and regulations before operating the drone.
3. A dynamic range of 14 stops is attainable when recording video in Auto mode; however, this does not apply to slow-motion footage or when using the 48mm Medium Telephoto mode.
4. When compared to the DJI Mini 4 Pro.
5. Portrait optimization is exclusively supported in normal color mode and is not compatible with HLG or D-Log M settings.
6. Flight path memorization requires the drone’s front, back, left, right, and top sides to be near textured surfaces under lighting conditions exceeding 10 lux. The ground must also be textured and diffusely reflective, with a reflectivity above 20% (such as walls, trees, or people) under similar lighting. For balcony takeoffs, a minimum area of 2 × 2 meters and a height below 30 meters above ground are necessary to ensure safe return-to-home functionality. If the drone encounters its altitude limit while ascending around obstacles, it will hover at that maximum height.
7. ActiveTrack 360° is best used in open environments for optimal performance. For details on unsupported or potentially disruptive scenarios, consult the user manual. When operating in complex areas with numerous obstacles, use Auto mode with caution to maintain both flight and personal safety.
8. Test results were obtained in a controlled, open environment with no wind, starting from a ground-level altitude of 0 meters.
9. DJI Mini 5 Pro retains Bluetooth connectivity for up to 12 hours after shutdown, enabling direct smartphone pairing without restarting the drone. Bluetooth automatically disables 12 hours after the drone is powered off.
10. Testing was conducted in a controlled laboratory setting with minimal interference, within regions supporting both 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequency bands. Actual download speeds may differ based on real-world conditions.
11. Flight time was measured with the drone flying forward at a steady speed of 21.6 kph in a windless, sea-level environment, using photo mode and Obstacle Avoidance Action set to Brake, continuing until automatic landing triggered by low voltage. This data is for reference only, always follow in-app prompts during flight.
12. The Intelligent Flight Battery Plus is not available for sale in Europe and should not be used within the region. Before operating the drone, always verify and fully comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
